Organization and team

In the first phase ”Nature Conservation Programme in North Macedonia“ was coordinated by a Project Team composed of representatives of the Swiss association Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and the local partner from North Macedonia – Farmahem from Skopje. This team was led by HELVETAS and Farmahem was partner, gaining a lot of management and coordination experience.

Hence in the second phase Farmahem is leading the NCP phase 2 and HELVETAS is key backstopper supporting Farmahem in performing their new roles and responsibilities.

The project activities are implemented by Implementing partners and also organizations/institutions selected through calls for bids published by the strategic partners of the Programme.

The PCT – Project Coordination Team – comprises well trained and highly qualified experts in the field of environment, nature and economy.
