Mission of representatives of SDC and SECO to Bregalnica region

Delegation of representatives of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) visited Local Project Office of Nature Conservation Programme in Pehcevo on 13^th of June, as a part of their mission in Bregalnica region. The delegation was composed of followed representatives: Ms Romana Tedeschi, program manager of SDC,  Ms Katharina Stocker, Deputy Director of Cooperation, Mr Frank Wiederkehr, Regional Advisor on Water and Ms Stanislava Dodeva, National Program Officer in Swiss Cooperation Office (SCO) in Macedonia, Ueli Ramseier, program manager of SECO and Mr  Tunzhurbek Kudabaev from the SCO Kyrgyzstan.

Project Coordination Team members explained to the mission members project progress, key stones of the project implementation and planned activities to the end of 2014. During the meeting, PCT members presented also cooperation with other two projects supported by Swiss Confederation that are implementing in Bregalnica region: Bregalnica River Basin Management Project supported by SECO and project for Environmental education in Bregalnica region, implemented by OXO.

Mission representatives expressed their satisfaction with course of implemented activities and also about implementation of planned activities to the end of 2014. Special interest caused activities implemented by NCP for promotion and public awareness raising for nature conservation.
